On March 3, 2025, a delegation from KITAUTOHAB OOO, a well-known Russian truck parts distributor, was invited to China to conduct a three-day on-site inspection and business negotiations at Xi'an Judeshun Trading Co., Ltd. Day 1: Headquarters Negotiations and Appreciation of Product Strength
On the first day of the inspection, the Russian client delegation, accompanied by Judeshun's general manager and core business team, visited the company's headquarters located in Xi'an, China. At the product exhibition center, the clients gained a detailed understanding of Judeshun's full range of truck parts products, covering nearly 1,000 products in four major categories: engine assemblies, core chassis components, hydraulic systems, and electrical equipment. They paid special attention to oil-related parts suitable for mainstream Russian truck models.
Through physical product demonstrations, explanations of technical parameters, and sharing of past export cases, the clients expressed high recognition for Judeshun's product quality control system, OE supporting capabilities, and cross-border supply chain services. During the symposium, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as market demand in the Russian-speaking region, product adaptation optimization, and logistics timeliness guarantees. Judeshun provided professional and feasible responses to the clients' concerns, such as solutions for the durability of parts in Russia's cold climate and green channels for cross-border customs clearance, solidifying consensus for future cooperation.
Day 2: Cultural Exchange to Deepen China-Russia Friendship
To allow the clients to better experience the charm of Chinese culture and enhance the emotional bond between the two parties, Judeshun carefully arranged a Xi'an cultural experience tour. Led by a professional guide, the client delegation visited world cultural heritage sites such as the Terracotta Army and the Ancient City Wall, experiencing the long history and profound heritage of Chinese civilization up close. The clients were amazed by the grandeur of the Terracotta Army and the magnificence of the Ancient City Wall, stopping from time to time to take photos as souvenirs.
In addition, Judeshun also invited the clients to watch the large-scale Qin culture-themed resident performance "The Mighty Qin Dynasty" ("Jiujiu Da Qin"). Day 3: Factory Inspection and Contract Signing for Win-Win Cooperation
On the last day of the inspection, the client delegation went to the SAGMOTO factory for an on-site inspection. Guided by the factory director, the clients visited the precision processing workshop, assembly workshop, quality inspection center, and warehousing and logistics area in sequence, carefully checking the advanced nature of production equipment, the standardization of production processes, and the strictness of quality control.
The full-process transparent production management system, from raw material procurement and parts processing to finished product inspection and packaging for delivery, left a deep impression on the clients. Especially in the quality inspection center, the clients witnessed on-site multiple performance tests of the parts, such as pressure resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance, and fully affirmed the reliability and stability of the products.
After the factory inspection, the two parties officially held a contract signing ceremony. Judeshun and the Russian client signed a three-year long-term supply contract covering core products such as oil products, engines, gearboxes, and brake systems. According to the agreement, Judeshun will provide the Russian client with one-stop services including customized production, cross-border logistics support, and after-sales technical support to help the client develop the local market in depth.
A representative of the Russian client said at the signing ceremony: "Through the three-day on-site inspection, we fully recognize Judeshun's product strength, production capacity, and service level.
