Among them, the height of the cargo box side panel (including the cover) of trailers and two-axle trucks shall not exceed 600mm, and the height of the cargo box side panel (including the cover) of two-axle dump trucks, three-axle and above trucks shall not exceed 800mm. This regulation not only ensures the cargo load, but also avoids potential driving safety hazards caused by excessively high side panels.

    The biggest advantage of the stake cargo box is good ventilation, and its own weight is relatively light, with flexible loading, which can effectively reduce the loss of goods during transportation. Among them, the wingspan van is a common application form of non-metal material cargo boxes. Its upper part is composed of a cargo box part and a lifting part. The oil cylinder of the front-top rear dump cargo box is arranged at the front end of the cargo box, using a single-cylinder multi-stage oil cylinder.     The oil cylinder of the middle-top rear dump cargo box is arranged in the middle of the cargo box. According to the different lifting frames, it is divided into two types: T-type and F-type. Among them, the T-type oil cylinder is fixed, and the F-type oil cylinder is floating. Due to the large curb weight, complex structure, poor lifting stability compared with the front-top type, and high maintenance difficulty, the middle-top cargo box is gradually being eliminated by the front-top structure, and is only used in some old models or special scenarios.

    To further improve the convenience of unloading, some rear dump cargo boxes will add a side door structure on the side panel of the carriage. When the goods are piled thick or not easy to unload, the side door can be opened to assist unloading, reducing unloading time.

    (2) Side Dump Cargo Box

    The oil cylinders of the side dump cargo box are arranged longitudinally in the middle of the cargo box. According to the length of the cargo box, 4 to 6 oil cylinders are usually installed. There are doors on both sides of the cargo box, which can realize left and right side dump unloading. This structure has the advantages of fast unloading speed and strong adaptability, especially suitable for long-distance bulk material transportation such as coal and sand, which can quickly complete unloading at the loading and unloading point and improve the efficiency of freight turnover.
