On April 11, the 2026 High-Level Forum on Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development was held at the China National Convention Center.As the first new energy commercial vehicle manufacturer to deliver a keynote speech at the main forum of China EV 100, SANY Heavy Truck made a high-profile appearance.Liang Linhe, Chairman of SANY Heavy Truck, delivered a keynote speech entitled New Energy: A Revolution Beyond Passenger Vehicles, pointing out that the electrification transformation is far from over, and new energy heavy trucks will become the core of the next industrial round.Their outstanding operating economy will drive continuous growth in market penetration, covering all application scenarios in the future and gradually replacing traditional fuel heavy trucks in long-haul logistics.
During the speech, Liang Linhe proposed four core application scenarios for autonomous heavy trucks for the first time, including fixed-route unmanned transportation, intra-provincial unmanned drop-and-pull transport, inter-provincial unmanned drop-and-pull transport, and large-scale unmanned heavy truck manufacturing.These will be gradually deployed nationwide to effectively reduce comprehensive logistics and industrial chain costs. At the concurrent achievement exhibition, SANY Heavy Truck displayed the SE636 electric heavy truck, flat-roof 462 Moqing Edition and dual-motor core technologies. As the industry’s first electric heavy truck dedicated to express delivery, the SE636 is equipped with a 636kWh battery, delivering a range of up to 500 km, 870 hp motor output, and 28% gradeability. It supports an 800V high-voltage platform and megawatt-level fast charging, replenishing over 300 km in 30 minutes.The flat-roof 462 Moqing Edition is equipped with the “Moqing Intelligent Drive” dual-motor system, achieving uninterrupted power during gear shifting and no rollback on heavy-duty climbs, with sustained climbing performance improved by 31%.
On April 16, SANY Heavy Truck reached a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with ACC, a subsidiary of Saudi Alkhorayef Group, in Changsha.Both parties will jointly deepen the commercial vehicle market in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, improve channel layout and service systems, and confirm a 750-unit procurement plan for SANY Heavy Trucks in 2026.Relying on stable operation performance in Saudi infrastructure projects, SANY Heavy Truck products have gained high recognition in the local market.This cooperation further enhances its share in the high-end Middle East market by leveraging the channel and resource advantages of local partners.

On April 10 (local time), SANY Mobile Crane formally signed a local manufacturing cooperation agreement with Germany’s Putzmeister at the Eichstätt factory in Germany.Xie Tao, Chairman of SANY Mobile Crane, and Qu Xiaofei, Deputy CEO of Putzmeister, attended and witnessed the signing.According to the agreement, both parties will upgrade the existing assembly line at Putzmeister’s Eichstätt factory and launch localized production of all-terrain cranes in May 2026.Production will initially be SKD-based, manufacturing flagship models including SAC600E, SAC700E and SAC1200E exclusively for the European market.The factory covers approximately 147,000 square meters with a planned annual capacity of 200 units.On the day of signing, SANY Mobile Crane already secured the first order for the locally built SAC700E from Italian dealer Verdelli, achieving “sales before production”.This cooperation marks SANY Mobile Crane’s deep integration into the European manufacturing system, further improving response speed and competitiveness in the high-end crane market by relying on Putzmeister’s local supply chain and channels.

On April 15, 2026, Yuchai Antyou, a joint venture between Yuchai and Germany’s Rolls-Royce Power Systems, officially launched the mtu 4000 series mining engines at the Yulin factory, providing efficient and reliable power solutions for large-tonnage mining trucks.The newly released mtu 4000 C23 model is developed on a mature technology platform, equipped with a third-generation common rail fuel system, dedicated turbocharger and advanced electronic control technology.It features low fuel consumption, low emissions and minimal power loss at high altitudes, perfectly adapting to the high-intensity, high-load continuous operation requirements of mines, and precisely covering the mainstream power matching scenarios for 200–300 ton mining trucks.
